Last year over 400 people joined us for the first ever MANNAthon to benefit Manna Ministries. Manna serves the working poor of Roanoke Valley. Each month over 1,000 families wait in lines that wrap around the building to receive a box of food. In addition to food boxes, the families at Manna are offered clothing, toys/books, toiletry items and snacks along with acceptance and love from over 60 volunteers.

The 5K race is designed for runners of all levels. This fast and flat route will begin and finish at Fallon Park. Runners will weave through neighborhoods in Southeast Roanoke, pass by Manna Ministries Food Bank and enjoy music along the way.
Are you a runner who is looking for something different? Sign up for our 8K route! These runners will begin at Fallon Park, run past Manna Ministries and continue on the Greenway. The 8K runners will finish at Fallon Park.
Not a runner? Join us for the 3K Family Walk at 9:05.
Immediately following the race, overall plaques will be given to the top three runners, male and female and the top three in Masters Division (age 40 and over). Top three finishers in each age bracket will receive medals.
